Yes! We are committed to exceptional service. Not only do we have professional on-site maintenance, but we also offer 3-hour service response times during normal business hours and emergency
maintenance 24/7/365.

We are always happy to help! You can request maintenance service from the convenience of your own home via our RentCafe resident portal! You may choose to be present when maintenance arrives and give a preferred time, or you may give permission for us to enter with your absence. *Tip: Download the RentCafe app for added convenience.

Our residents are our #1 priority. We strive to respond to all service requests within 3 hours to ensure your home is maintained to your satisfaction. Non-emergency service requests are handled during regular business hours (Monday-Saturday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.).

Yes, parking is available on-site for our visitors and residents. Visitors to our office can use the designated "office parking" spaces near the rental center while conducting business in our office. Resident parking includes uncovered spaces at no cost or reserved covered parking spaces for only $30 a month.

Yes, we provide an in-home washer and dryer in every apartment.

We are proud to say that Foothill Lofts is pet friendly! The non-refundable pet fee is $350 and monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. Your pet must weigh less than 70 pounds and be older than 6 months (2 pet per unit maximum). Click here to learn more about our pet policies and restricted dog breeds.

Yes! We have a fenced recreation space for pets at Foothill Lofts.

You can submit your application online at any time. You may stop by during regular office hours to submit an application in-person.

We strive to process all applications in a timely manner. To help us be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of your application. If it has been longer than 7 days since you submitted your application, please call the office and we would be happy to check on the status of your application for you. Our application fee is $40 per person over the age of 18. There is also a lease initiation fee of $200. Both fees are due at the time of submitting your application.

We make it easy for you to pay your rent. Simply create a login to your RentCafe portal where you can pay by electronic check, credit, or debit card. You can even pay your rent on your own schedule by taking advantage of our flexible payment options at GetFlex.com.

Move-in expenses include a security deposit on approved credit, rent, and the media package. If you have a pet, applicable fees will also be due upon move-in. Wasatch has partnered with Jetty to meet your deposit requirements with a small monthly or one-time payment. Learn more.

Students living at Foothill Lofts attend Hillcrest Elementary, Mount Logan Middle School, Edith Bowen Laboratory School, and Logan High School. We are also conveniently located near Utah State University. For more information about schools in our neighborhood, visit Logan City School District.

To uphold fair policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants. This includes a credit check, background check, residential verification, and employment verification. Combined gross income for the apartment must also reach at least 2.8x base rent.

We make touring easy with our online tour scheduler! We offer you in-person, virtual, and self-guided tours with the click of a button. Please be prepared to show a government issued photo ID to tour our community.

Yes! We have garages available for $110 and $130 per month 

Yes! We have storage closets available for only $35 per month.
